1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized gifts

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after product receipt

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
